Your Invisible Narratives

Each day, our brain as a muscle gets stronger and stronger as we use it to: read, study, write, learn, and do. The resulting list worked properly: You know what you know. To know and not to do, is to NOT know. Adding value and purpose to your interactions helps your bank account and helps your brain! Continue reading

Free Throws and Your Target

Life is not a game. But it is competitive. Firstly, we are competing within ourselves. A basketball player’s movement first started as a thought. This can be called the rookie stage where emphasis can be placed on learning angles, tension, and release. As you move towards being an expert, your thoughts produce measurable magnet fields in your brain where the electrical impulses track and create measurable intellect. Activity that comes from habit. Turning The Other Cheek

But, in general, the response to rudeness should be kindness and keep your distance emotionally. Don’t get involved in what is going on in THEIR HEAD!

You don’t have to be great at this to start, but you have to start to be great. Continue reading

The Stuff We Can’t See

Your brain is also a radio transmitter, sending out measurable electrical wave signals. Your brain has many jobs, mainly to be your own chemist producing more than 50 identified active drubs for memory, intelligence and even sedatives….Your brain is also a radio transmitter, sending out measurable electrical wave signals. Your brain has many jobs, mainly to be your own chemist producing more than 50 identified active drubs for memory, intelligence and even sedatives. Endorphin is your painkeller which is 3 times more potent than morphine and is associated with your brain’s manufacturing of Serotonin. When you are happy and well rested your ability increases at the neurochemical and physiological level to carry on with your work life keeping your moods in control and helping your clients through stressful situations. It is simply how God created all of us. Beautifully and wonderfully because you didn’t have to know any of this to have it functioning for you this morning! How do you know if your client’s are stressing out? Ask them! A useful Psycholgical method of testing for objective and standardized measurement, is to ask.

Nicely of course.

We just read how our mood can transmit through our body. For example, I’m proposing a heightened awareness of our client’s brain and emotional health to make decisions by activating our brain. Continue reading

Take The Stage. The Open House As A Metaphor

ARE YOU FOCUSED when you hit your stage? Every incomplete, rapid and poor quality shift of thought is like a Dairy Queen Blizzard in your brain; creating patterns of flightiness. Remember how you had to turn off the radio in the car the first time you learned to drive (or the adult in the car did)?

Think, then, when you are with a potential client walking thru the door, you ARE learning how to drive for the first time- and THEY demand your immediate attention. You are learning to drive the conversation based on your beginning questions. Their answers. Being open to really hearing their questions. Their needs. Their goals. Their timelines. Continue reading

Leading Them To Happy Town

situational overload….While engaged in texting or, say, writing down some notes not related to your conversation with a client, but pretending to pay attention- you may be freezing your intake of external incoming communication from the person you are serving. Simultaneously, you will be freezing your ability to respond whole-mindedly with professional acumen that moves you both towards a successful interaction. Obsessively responding to texting instead of the task at hand: observing your client’s reactions, insights and observations is more important than the beeps on your phone. Continue reading

Feeding The Positive Building Solutions

Focusing on problems as process points is like teaching someone to drive. Accessing the relative age and neuroplasticity of your Client will present you with the ability to focus on your Client as a unique individual. Your Client is someone has a previous experience and who wants a safe and happy trip toward the enjoyment of their product or service. Clients will shut down and walk away from strong beneficial opportunities is they personally feel treated unfairly. Continue reading
