Endorphin is your painkeller which is 3 times more potent than morphine and is associated with your brain’s manufacturing of Serotonin. When you are happy and well rested your ability increases at the neurochemical and physiological level to carry on with your work life keeping your moods in control and helping your clients through stressful situations. It is simply how God created all of us. Beautifully and wonderfully because you didn’t have to know any of this to have it functioning for you this morning! How do you know if your client’s are stressing out? Ask them! A useful Psycholgical method of testing for objective and standardized measurement, is to ask.

Nicely of course.

We just read how our mood can transmit through our body. For example, I’m proposing a heightened awareness of our client’s brain and emotional health to make decisions by activating our brain. Continue reading
